Asus ZenWatch 2 Proves Itself a Worthy Competitor with Other SmartWatches!

Some reviews also state that the smartwatch display under sunny conditions is something that’s very noticeable with the device appearing washed out and users having a hard time seeing the screen. Also, some websites report that the smartwatch is not really as waterproof as it claims to be.

Tech enthusiasts have claimed that although the Asus ZenWatch 2 is far better than the previous model, it is still a work in progress. Amid its minimal cons, it’s definitely a device that’s worthy of anybody’s time and money because it proves to be more than just an accessory.

Lastly, it’s the most affordable smartwatch available in the market, and that alone is enough to win the competition versus Apple and Samsung.

Initially, the smartwatch was released in Taiwan and via pre-order for other countries. It reached the US and Europe last month. Later this month, it will be available in some other Asian countries.

Leo Tseng, the country manager for Asus Singapore, says that starting November 14, the Android Wear smart wearable will be available in the country at $229.

Tseng adds that people are still not used to making smartwatches as daily part of their lives as much as their smartphones are. He says that by introducing the device at an affordable price, they can set the standard and attract people to adopt the device.
