Assassin’s Creed: VR Experience Is Coming And You Need To Be Ready!

There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that virtual reality is the future of video games. Gaming console companies have already confirmed that it will happen and there have been plenty of expos in the last two years where these types of gaming options were showcased. In the meantime, video gamers are wondering the amount of money they are going to have to spend in order to get the latest virtual reality experience.

One of the most recent reports that is coming from this front, includes on about one of the most popular video game franchises in the world. Assassin’s Creed: VR Experience is reportedly coming and even with all of the confirmations, some of the gamers out there are not sure what to expect. Even if you have strapped a virtual reality headset to your face, you are not going to be sure what you can expect from a company that makes a great video game like Assassin’s Creed.

Virtual reality is one of the fastest growing technologies right now and just the fact that it will be taking over the world like a firestorm is just the beginning. You can expect every single video game that plans to sell millions of copies to have a virtual reality option. In the meantime, gamers are sitting back and hoping for the best. Ubisoft, which develops Assassin’s Creed, made an announcement this week regarding the Assassin’s Creed: VR Experience and the buzz was heard around the world.

The Assassin’s Creed: VR Experience is being brought to gamers and fans alike by Fox and the visual effects house, Practical Magic. The product will be based on the movie, Assassin’s Creed, which just finished filming and will be in a theater near you be the end of December of this year. The Assassin’s Creed: VR Experience was announced during the AMD GDC press conference and it was immediately made clear to the audience that it was “not a game”. That does not mean that gamers from all over the world cannot see where this is all going.

At least for now, gamers and fans of the new movie can give the experience a try and see if it is something they can handle. Virtual reality experiences, especially for video games, can be very hard on the eyes and mind with some experiencing more of a headache than anything else. The Assassin’s Creed: VR Experience was filmed alongside the movie, according to Matthew Lewis, president of Practical Magic, with shoot locations that included the United Kingdom, Spain and Malta. Fans took to the internet to see if they could find out more about Practical Magic, but there was not really more to chew on.
