It appears that her image is going to shift towards a more innocent representation for the time being, and while that’s obviously something that’s very finely controlled by her manager, there’s nothing really bad about that if it works out in her benefit and to the enjoyment of her fans.
We don’t know if that’s going to reflect on her songs as well, but she has been trying to keep her themes a bit more mild and controlled in general, so that shouldn’t really be a big issue. Her fans will most likely not even notice a change in her singing style.
And indeed, some publications have been claiming that her Honeymoon tour is showing her in a new light, with a much more mature outlook and appearance to the world.
Whether that’s a temporary change just for the tour or something that we can expect to see more often in the future, we don’t know – but for what it’s worth, Grande’s fans have been talking about her current tour very positively, so this kind of image is apparently working out very well for her. With that in mind, we can easily see her continuing that trend in the future too, most likely even after the tour is over.
Unfortunately for Ariana Grande, talent alone will not over come vile behavior. Her manager (Scooter Braun) and his spin machine can do little to repair what Grande exposed herself to really be.
