After a stormy part in their love story during the past Holidays where Big Sean was rumored to be cheating with his girlfriend Ariana Grande, the couple seems to have move past the hurdle and are said to be back to being very serious again in their relationship.
Initial reports have it that Ariana and Big Sean might be engaged very soon and it is also likely that wedding bells would follow, hints Hollywood Life.
Given the intense public display of affections of the 21-year-old Ariana and the 26-year-old rapper, many believe that the couple are indeed heading towards marriage direction.
It is almost very likely that Ari will say yes when Big Sean gets down on his knee and pops the question to her complete with an engagement ring, several celebrity pundits say.
Not too fast
But before everyone gets excited over wedding bells, a source close to the couple disclosed that Ariana and Big Sean are not getting engaged for now or anytime soon.
The two are said to be quite secure with themselves in their relationship so they don’t want to take it any further for the time being.
Ari and Big Sean have reportedly agreed to focus on their careers at the moment, both of which are going great guns these days, and they both want to capitalize on it. Strike while the iron is hot so to speak, the source pointed out.
The couple believes that their relationship can nurture even without being engaged so they want it to stay as it is for now. And wedding plans are still far from their minds too.
The last time that the pair made a public appearance was during the 57th Annual Grammy Awards on February 8 where Ari publicly declared that she loves Big Sean.
On February 24, Big Sean was interviewed by Larry King on “Larry King Live” where the rapper said that the thought of proposing and marrying Ariana already crossed his mind before, adding that their relationship is pretty serious.
Later on, he said that he’s not thinking of marriage just yet, which is also the same for Ariana. But he did tell Larry that he wants a Little Sean down the road in their future together.
Working together
As a sign that both of them are focusing on their careers at the moment, Big Sean and Ariana Grande are actually collaborating once again on Big Sean’s latest track titled “Research” as well as its corresponding music video, cites Yahoo! Celebrity.
Big Sean said that because of their relationship and their great chemistry both on and off the stage, they have grown so at ease working with one another.
The rapper disclosed that the music video that they are doing is about real life and the things he learned about patience. He said that once a person masters patience, he can master just about anything too.
