The last collaboration between Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj was their hit music “Bang Bang” which also featured Jessie J.
It was so successful that a follow-up collaboration was just a matter of time from happening again, predicted most critics.
Apparently, the wait will soon be over as the new collaboration between Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj will officially be unveiled on May 20 during the official release of Ari’s latest album entitled “Dangerous Woman.”
But since fans have already gotten wind of the new collaboration between two of the more popular pop stars of today, the fan anticipation to hear the new music is gigantic and too difficult to contain at this point in time.
But Ariana is the type who can’t also help but tease her fans of what’s in store for them from her end and on April 6, she posted on Snapchat a preview of her new collaboration with Nicki Minaj.
The new music still remains a mystery as there has been no official title given thus far, reports Direct Lyrics.
Ari’s Snapchat post is just a short snippet where she was overheard singing the lyrics that goes ‘I’ve been out all night, I’ve been out all day.’ Nicki, on the other hand, is heard shouting out herself and Ariana. It was obvious that the snippet shared by Ariana was just an intro of the song.
Performing together
Early this week, Nicki and Ariana performed at a radio show in Las Vegas where the two shared the stage at some point for their joint performance.
While some of their fans were expecting that the two music stars will drop their new collaboration from “Dangerous Woman,” that did not happen at all.
Meanwhile, Ariana Grande is set to perform for the first time at the MTV Movie Awards. But her stint in the awarding rites is not her first as she took part in the first MTV Movie Awards back in 2010. She was only 17 then and now she’s already 22 so there is obviously a big difference on how she looks now and how matured she is now too, cites MTV.
Prior to her music career, Ariana Grande was just a red-headed teenager on “Victorious.” Her red carpet look then was very simple featuring strapless bodycon dress with stripes of sequins which is quite common among 17-year-olds then.
Ariana also made an appearance at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards and she looked much more like the Ariana Grande that people and fans already know today. She was wearing her high ponytail and a ruffled A-line dress.
Pulling all stops
The “Focus” singer is pulling all stops to promote her upcoming third album titled “Dangerous Woman” so she has been a busybody as of late on TV and in various gigs.
On March 12, the “Problem” singer hosted “Saturday Night Live” where she actually did a double duty the way Miley Cyrus once did not too long ago.
Ariana not only served as host, she also delivered a musical performance during the Season 41 opener of the popular comedy TV show. She did not only nail it both as a host and performer, Ari had a blast doing it.
Typical with its feature, “Saturday Night Live” recently shared one of the cut-for-time sketches showing Grande as a basketball enthusiast psyched for March Madness who invites two clueless co-workers over to her house. The two ‘innocent’ visitors are Kyle Mooney and Beck Bennett.
The “Problem” singer last appeared on NBC’s long-running sketch comedy show during the Season 40 where she served as the opening musical act alongside then-host and now a bankable Marvel actor, Chris Pratt.
Her March 12 appearance on “Saturday Night Live” was actually her first time to serve as host of the show and Ariana admitted that she really had fun with the show’s hilarious skits.
