Pop singer Ariana Grande appreciates a great effort when she sees one. Just like the millions who have seen and got impressed with Teresa Mannion’s lively weather report for RTE from the depths of Storm Desmond as it was battering Ireland, Ariana appears to have become one of the reporter’s fans.
The “Focus” singer posted a video of Teresa’s fearless reporting on her Snapchat account on December 9.
The 22-year-old American singer showed the video playing on her iPhone at warp speed while she and her dancer-boyfriend Brian can be heard giggling in the background. Eventually, Ariana repeated the video, only, this time, Teresa was already making her stern storm warnings in slow motion, details the Independent.
The same report from Teresa Mannion has gone viral on the internet last week. In an interview this week, Teresa said that she was in a bubble of gale-force winds and heavy rain while making the report.
She recalled that she had her ear piece in and turned up to full volume so that she could hear the studio in Dublin. And while she was making the adjustment on her ear piece, she was being pulled this way and that.
Whatever manner Teresa delivered the report, the important thing is that she was able to perfectly convey the message to people that it was quite treacherous to be out in the storm.
Shopping in LA with her dog
The “Problem” singer was also spotted a few days ago doing her shopping spree with her dog in Los Angeles.
What is surprising is that Ariana Grande was not dressed to the nines. She was not sporting her vintage-style mini dress and sky-high heels. Instead, the “Bang Bang” songstress was seen wearing onesie pajama, reports the Daily Mail.
Ariana sported a cozy, two-toned onesie pajama with a festive design as she was also seen carrying her dog Strauss while out shopping.
She also wore a long-sleeved, navy blue, and white onesie from VS Pink, which were decorated with a snowflake pattern.
Ariana complemented her comfortable look with fur-lined ankle booties that went well with a light gray sweatshirt tied around her waist.
She accessorized her look with a sophisticated pearl necklace and flaunted a soft pink manicure as well.
Best female pop artist of the year
The “Scream Queens” actress was recently honored at the 2015 American Music Awards as the Best Female Pop/Rock Artist of the Year.
Since getting the award on November 22, Ariana has been teasing her new music, cryptically sharing lyrics on her Twitter as well as snippets of her upcoming songs on her Snapchat account.
Ariana has yet to announce a release date for her new album “Moonlight,” but in a recent interview, she says she is really happy with what she and the producers of the album have done so far.
She was also quoted as saying that she feels that whenever she dedicates her 100% on her music, she is going to outdo whatever she has done in the past. And that is what she thinks she did with her album “Moonlight.”
Ariana also said that the tracks on her upcoming album would sound nothing like her latest single “Focus.”
Meanwhile, Season 21 of the American dance competition reality show “Dancing with the Stars” had its finale on November 24 where Bindi Irwin and her partner Derek Hough were crowned as champions and another thing that stuck to the minds of viewers was the super infectious pop song “Boys Like You.”
The pop song was brought to life in a highly energetic and flirty performance by Who is Fancy in collaboration with Ariana Grande and Meghan Trainor.
While fans may have thought that the collaboration of the trio was super random, the three singers actually go way back.
