Ariana Grande Introduces Another Fragrance and Names It in Honor of Her Brother, More Details

Ariana Grande is such a sweet sister. The 22-year-old pop singer has recently launched her second fragrance and she named it after her brother Frankie.

Over the weekend, Ari took to Twitter the official announcement of her fragrance, Frankie Grande. The limited-edition and gender-inclusive eau de parfum spray is described as a vibrant, energetic, and next level.

It also boasts notes of pink pepper, apricot, wild orchid, cedarwood, and musks. Similar to her debut fragrance, Frankie Grande comes in a silver geometric-shaped bottle and is adorned with a big black pom-pom.

The “Focus” singer is very close to her older brother. Their affection for each other is not limited to social media as the 32-year-old former “Big Brother” contestant has been very vocal in supporting her sister in every step of her career.

Her brother launched the perfume on his Instagram. Bustle reports that Ariana is taking seriously her limited-edition scent and isn’t relying on the standard and expected methods of promoting it, like magazine, ads, and teasers.

When Ariana first launched her debut perfume, Ari by Ariana Grande in September last year, the singer revealed that her brother was immediately drawn to the marshmallow-inspired fragrance.

Speaking to WWD, the “One Last Time” songstress confessed that her brother has worn her perfume almost everywhere. The pop star adds that Frankie was always in need of a new bottle and keeps stealing hers.

People reports that the project between the Grande siblings was completely organic. It’s also very special to both of them as they have been marketing the product directly and on the ground level which really speaks to people.

Ari’s second perfume is available on virtual shelves at ulta.com for $49 for 1.7 fl. oz. Better hurry though as the scent is limited only to a number of bottles.

The “Problem” singer just recently launched her Mac VivaGlam products and campaign. Her Mac collection consisted of a matte plum lipstick and bubblegum pink lip gloss.

Grande took to social media the announcement of her new VivaGlam line along with a campaign twist.

Every cent from the selling price of VivaGlam lipstick and lip gloss will go toward helping women, men, and children who are living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.

The line went up on sale online last January 13 and will arrive in Mac stores by January 21 and sell through February 1 next year.

Grande was announced as the new ambassador of the VivaGlam line and the newest face of Mac cosmetics back in October. She was also featured in the new spread for the lipstick collection wherein she donned an all-black ensemble.

The “Scream Queens” star sported her signature crop top, shorts, and thigh-high boots for her VivaGlam line.

The “Love Me Harder” hitmaker is following the footsteps of Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, and Rihanna who have also had VivaGlam lines and put it in a good cause.

Speaking of collaboration, Ari’s latest hit is with his ex-boyfriend Nathan Sykes. The two dated in 2013 and called it quits after several months. However, this new single proves that they have remained good friends.

The track, titled “Over and Over Again” is Syke’s latest single from his upcoming debut album. Last year, he already released “Kiss Me Quick,” his first solo single.

The former “The Wanted” member already released his version of the love ballad, but a new version now consists of Ariana’s vocals.

Sykes debuted the track on Friday. In a statement, the 22-year-old singer says that the song is special to him and he’s delighted that he got to share it with Ariana.

Grande’s participation in the song come as a surprise to the fans despite Nathan teasing an updated version of the song in Twitter throughout the past week.
