Now, the two hitmakers have once again reunited, this time through a mash-up of their songs created by a talented fan. According to Hollywood Life, Youtube user Jaek Marramade uploaded a music video featuring Ariana’s song “One Last Time” and Justin’s breakout hit “What Do You Mean?” on September 1, shortly after Justin’s latest track made global waves. And it sure was a dream come true for Arianators and Beliebers.
Prior to hearing the mash-up, others thought that the two songs won’t sound great when combined, but most of them were mind-blown with how perfect the songs were when they got blended.
According to the Youtube user, while he intentionally crafted the mash-up by blending “One Last Time” and “What Do You Mean?,” he really didn’t expect that the combination of the two tracks would turn out that good.
With the latest mash-up song of Ari and Justin, fans are now expecting a major collaboration between the two especially with the fact that both young singers are now working on new albums.
While things are turning out well for Ariana and Justin’s mash-up song, it cannot be said of the “Problem” singer. Ariana had to cancel her September 6 performance at the Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento, California because she went down with an illness
Her supposed Sunday performance is part of her Honeymoon Tour. It is the singer’s first world tour taking North America, Europe, Asia, and South America before wrapping on October 25 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Through her Twitter account, the 22-year-old pop singer sent out her heartfelt apologies to her loyal fans and says that she has moved her concert to September 10 so she can have some rest.
The news probably didn’t come as a surprise to her 32.2 million followers on Twitter as Ari has been very vocal about feeling under the weather before performing in Moda Centre in Portland, Oregon last week.
Playing 65 concert dates since her tour’s kick-off in Missouri last February, the tight schedule for her tour could also be the reason for the singer’s health issues. Her fans have been in full support of their idol and has sent her a lot of ‘get well soon’ messages on the songstress’ social media accounts.
Meanwhile, the former Nickelodeon star has been dropping hints on Twitter that she would be releasing her new music in October. But before that, she is also set to appear as Chanel #2 in Fox’s new comedy-horror TV series “Scream Queens” premiering on September 22.
While Grande wasn’t present at the VMA’s this year, she did hit it up at the exclusive post-event parties where she was spotted packing on some serious PDA with her new beau Ricky Alvarez.
