Apple’s New iOS Will Come with a New Search Engine to Topple Google’s Android

Apple is preparing for the launch of its newest mobile operating system, the iOS 9, which accordingly will be launched at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2015 starting this week.

The iOS 9 is the biggest update on Apple mobile devices after its launch of the iOS 8 which have caused a lot of problems necessitating numerous patches in the process.

The new mobile operating system shall come to Apple devices including the entire iPhone lines, iPad 2 onwards, iPad minis, and the iPod Touch 5th Generation onwards.

Upgraded system

The iOS 9 is also rumored to have a new security system called Rootless which is develoed to completely eliminate jailbreaking on iPhones. If Apple can implement this upgrade, this would solve the current security issues the company have beenfacing after the backlash of celebrity nude photo scandal that happened last year. Most of the photos were reported to have come from the iCloud accounts of the stars.

With Rootless, the user information will be safe from any type of malware plus the fact that it is also expected to work across all Apple platforms.

Aside from the improved security system, iOS 9 will also have a Trusted Wi-Fi feature which will enable highly encrypted connections between routers and authorized networks.

The new OS is also rumored to be the pioneer in Apple multitasking feature which will allow users to do a split-screen mode that is not currently available on iPads. This is also one of the main reasons competitors like Lenovo and Microsoft are ahead over the iPad.

It was reported that Apple initially planned on implementing the split-screen on the iOS 8 but the feature then was considered as too unpolished so American tech giant decided to push back on the release.

Another feature that could be released in the iOS 9 is the Force Touch Support which is already being used on the Apple Watch, the new MacBook, and MacBook Pro lines. This feature allows the user to use single surface and active multiple commands, depending on the pressure applied to the surface.

The incorporation of the Force Touch on iPad and iPhone lines could be sparsely discussed during the WWDC 2015 this week since Apple will probably announce this feature in detail when the new iPhone launches this coming September.

Apple becoming more Proactive

iOS 9

The biggest feature that the new iOS 9 will have is the Proactive which is said to put Google down.

After years of being on the backdrop, Proactive will finally take center stage with its plan to dominate the search engine industry. Proactive merges an array of powerful Apple features such as Siri, Contacts, Calendar, Passbook and other third-party apps in creating a new search engine.
