There have been talks about better connectivity features between the Apple Watch and iOS devices, and this is also apparently done in a way that considers app developers and gives them a better opportunity to interact with their users and develop interesting apps with real-time content.
It remains to be seen how exactly this will play out in reality, as someone will still have to write those apps in the first place, but as we said above, we don’t really doubt the creative potential of Apple’s user community.
If the state of the iOS app market is to be of any indication, we should see plenty of interesting apps coming out for the Apple Watch once its OS has been freed up a bit. Apple might even collaborate with their developers more by releasing additional tools that aid development, but there is plenty of time to get there – at the moment, they should focus on laying a solid foundation like they have been doing already.
