Now’s the right time for them to innovate, after a period that many have described as lacking any significant improvements in the company’s lineup. It used to be that every new device released by Apple was met with great enthusiasm from tech fans all over the Internet, but nowadays people have stopped paying so much attention to them.
Perhaps a multi-device release could be the right choice for Apple right now. Bringing out the new iPhone together with a new version of the Apple Watch, or perhaps with a new iPad, could be a good move that may bring some additional attention to the device.
We trust that Apple don’t need any ideas when it comes to marketing though. The company has made it clear over the years that they know exactly how to address their fans and how to show them the things they want to see.
Because of this, we expect that the iPhone 8 – whenever it’s announced – is going to have a very strong marketing campaign surrounding its release. Apple know that they will have to put some extra work into making people pay attention to the iPhone again, so they are probably preparing something more special. But there is a lot of time to go until the device hits the market – or is even announced – so we don’t expect to see anything over the next few months.
