But there have been strong rumors that the iPhone 6s is supposed to be the device which iOS 9 will debut on – or at least one of the devices – so if those features have specifically been added, then they should be utilized by some hardware that’s coming out on the market soon enough.
Developers will probably find plenty of interesting things to do with those new features as well, and we can’t wait to see what kinds of apps will come out on the market after the first phone with those capabilities has been released.
As for when this might happen, we can’t say at the moment, as there are no official release dates listed for the iPhone 6s – the device itself is pretty much just a rumor at this point. However, rumors have been pointing towards this fall season as a possible announcement/release date for the new phone, along with some other potential goodies from Apple, so we’re curious to see if something will come out during that period.
