Apple has done a great job of getting consumers exactly what they think they need in the mobile world for the last six or seven years. When the iPhone first arrived back in 2007, it sold like hot cakes and to this day, if you have a device that is powered by iOS, it is likely to be one of the most popular devices on the market. Today, those devices include things like the iPhone 6, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad, iPod Touch, iPhone 5c and even the Apple Watch.
All of those devices are selling well and have been superior in design and other elements for many years on the mobile marketplace. At first, Apple was only releasing one model of smartphone per year and that was working great, but then the company realized that it could release two different models in the same year and consumers would be upgrading even faster. That is when the “S” model showed up. It was usually very similar to the original models, but with a few software upgrades.
That worked out very well for Apple for many years and then the company decided that consumers were not always able to put up the big bucks for the device, so they came to the market with a watered down version of the iPhone and called it the iPhone 5c. This sold just as well, as expected and that just made Apple aware of the “other” market that was available.
The current model iPhone 6 Plus, is the first time the company released two models at the same time with one being much larger than the original iPhone size, which fans have been very used to for many years. It has been a few months now since the iPhone 6 was released and many are expecting to see a new model very soon. That new model has been rumored to be the iPhone 7, but the chances of that happening within this year are very slim, just based on the historical releases. The odds are much better that it will be the Apple iPhone 6c that comes to stores near you.
The Apple iPhone 6c release is expected to be next month, according to one Twitter user that has been pretty good with leaking information ahead of companies. That Twitter account released a tweet recently that said, “Sound like iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, and 6c will arrive concurrently.” With that being said, fans that have wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 6, but were unable to for whatever reason, are getting excited to have three different options to choose from this time around. At this point, there are barely any resources that are doubting the upgraded “C” model from Apple.
