The headphone jack is going to be dropped for the Airpods. According to some sources, the Apple iPad Pro 2 may get quad microphones too.
According to Mobile & Apps, besides the inclusion of True Tone Display, the 12.9- inch models may also possess the advanced four-channel ambient light sensors, which specialize in automatically modifying the color and intensity of the screen, to suit the lighting conditions existing in the surrounding environment.
Tech experts also have foretold that the three new iPads, launching in 2017, would also contain an upgraded processor and an even more powerful RAM. An A10X processor and iOS 11 are expected as well. The larger models may have 4GB RAM while the smaller ones may sport RAM of 3GB.
Apart from the addition of the 10.5-inch version model in the iPad Pro 2 family, the line-up is also rumored to expand into the much-awaited iPad Air 3. The iPad Air slate, with its features and specs, will serve as the entry-level tablet to the three top-tier models of iPad Pro 2. There are also rumors that there may even be an iPad Pro Mini, theoretically a summarized version of the iPad Pro and overtake the line-up of the expected iPad Mini 5.
