What is clear at this point is that after the third beta is released, Apple will eventually make a public release of the full version of the iOS 9.3, most likely this month as it does not want it to get in the way of its upcoming March event.
Just to give Apple an idea that iOS 9.3 will eventually be jailbroken, both Taig and Pangu has already published how iOS users can install their respective iOS 9.3 jailbreak installer on their iOS devices.
Once the full version of the iOS 9.3 is released, the iOS 9.3 jailbreak will come out within a matter of hours or days and users will be able to take advantage of its new tweaks and features.
Both Taig and Pangu have advised users to use the Safari browser on their iPhones or iPads to download their preferred iOS 9.3 jailbreak installer.
However, before they start using the installer, they have to make sure first that the iOS 9.3 updates have already been taken in by their iOS devices. Only then can they start using the iOS 9.3 jailbreak which shall open new ways for them to enjoy their iOS devices that often comes with a price from the American tech giant.
