Apple iOS 8.1.1 Software Has Plenty of Issues!

Apple is a company on top of the mobile industry and has been since the first iPhone arrived back in 2007. Just about every new model of the iPhone has brought a new version of the operating system that powers it. With brand new software each time, consumers know that they are likely to encounter problems while the company works out the kinks. That was even the case 8 versions later as Apple released the iOS 8.1.1 recently.

Apple has been trying to get away from releasing buggy software to the masses, but it has yet to release one that does not cause at least one issue with the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch mobile devices. The iOS 8.1.1 software is only a couple of weeks old now, but that does not mean you can just toss it to the side and hope for something better to come along. Apple is reportedly also going to release iOS 8.2 this year, so that is something to look forward to.

In fact, since the iOS 8 software showed up a couple of months ago, Apple has been trying to convince users that even though it was not a major design change, it was worth the download for the features compared to iOS 7. Features that came along with iOS 8 included Apple Pay, iMessage changes, new keyboard options and the Camera app just to name a few of the core features. Other smaller features are also included in the update, but most of them just take care of the bugs.

The troubles came into play when bugs and other issues came along with the iOS 8 download and install. For those of you that have the iPhone or the iPad, you know exactly what problems those are. Apple has been working for the last two months in order to work out the kinks that came along with the software and pushed out iOS 8.1.1 this month because of them. Coming along with the bug fixes on the iOS 8.1.1 software are performance enhancements for those that are running iPhone 4S and the iPad 2.

iOS 8.1.1

According to some online sources, the iOS 8.2 version is expected to hit devices before the end of 2014 and it will reportedly fix all of the problems that you are having with iOS 8.1.1. With a new update coming so soon, the company might be saying that the issues with version 8.1.1 are just not fixable without the latest iOS version. The discussion forums over at the Apple website have been full of comments regarding issues that users are having with the new software.
