‘Stonefield’ has split and it is now official. Despite previous reports saying that Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone were not saying anything about their rumored breakup was because they have not broken up in real life, the reality is that they have indeed called it quits last year.
Apparently, the erstwhile celebrity couple has broken up in October last year, barely five months after getting back together after another split in March last year.
It is possible that Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone preferred not to talk about their breakup in the media and the public is because they are still weighing about their decision to split again for the umpteenth time.
“The Amazing Spider-Man” actor was recently spotted on March 30 in New York City all by his lonesome. It is the first time that the 32-year-old actor was seen in public after almost two months, reports Just Jared.
The actor was already sporting a long and wavy hair and is also fully bearded. He seems to have lost weight as well. It is possible that his weight loss was due to his filming abroad or it could also be that it was caused by his breakup with Emma Stone.
He actually looked dapper in a red overcoat and he seems to be up and about, showing a positive sign that he has already moved on from the breakup. He was also spotted last month in London having dinner with an anonymous female date.
Preparing to do filming
Meanwhile, Emma Stone is also busy getting ready to work on the upcoming new film titled “Battle of the Sexes” and is often seen working out at the gym in Los Angeles,
Stone is reportedly having a blast with singlehood but she has not been seeing anybody at this time.
Previous rumors regarding the split of ‘Stonefield’ claimed that the actor was desperate to get Emma back in his life. The same reports said that it was actually Andrew who broke up with Emma and he has regretted his decision ever since.
Accordingly, Andrew has come to the decision of breaking up with Emma because of his girlfriend’s partying ways. He wanted Emma to move to New York with him from LA because the long-distance relationship between them was really not working.
But it seems that Andrew, just like their previous breakup, can’t really live without Emma so fans and critics expect the two would soon get back together again.
Letting the media speculate
Since their breakup, both Andrew and Emma have not spoken anything about it to the media or to any other entities, leaving the press to speculate on the possible cause of their split.
However, there were also reports saying that the two have not broken up but just let the media speculate about the status of their relationship because they have been subjected to a lot of nasty rumors in the past, with some even causing their momentary split.
According to some sources, Emma and Andrew decided to keep mum about the status of their relationship so as not to draw heat and interest from the press the way their relationship has always done so in the past.
Since both Andrew and Emma have not spoken anything about their supposed breakup or that the mystery woman that was spotted with the 32-year-old actor in London recently still has not been named publicly, some critics believe that the split is just a rumor for now.
They believe that the couple is still hiding behind the rumors because, in reality, they are very much in love. Apparently, Andrew and Emma realized that if they believe everything from various celebrity newspapers, their relationship might suffer. And if they decide to shield it from the media, it is possible that their relationship will continue to prosper and flourish.
