It is now the turn of Andrew Garfield to be linked to his female co-star Dakota Johnson in their upcoming movie together “Under the Silver Lake.”
Every fan knows that Dakota Johnson has shot to fame portraying the role of Anastasia Steele in the erotic romance movie “Fifty Shades of Grey” opposite Jamie Dornan, who played Christian Grey. The movie was released on Valentine’s Day of last year. A sequel entitled “Fifty Shades Darker” is due to hit theaters in February next year.
To be helmed by David Robert Mitchell, “Under the Silver Lake” is a modern noir crime thriller that takes place in Los Angeles.
Reports from the set are saying that Andrew Garfield and Dakota Johnson have been flirting with each other during the read-through and screen tests of the movie, details Yibada.
One source from the set even said that there seems to be a real connection between Garfield and Johnson although they have yet to start filming.
The same source added that Garfield and Johnson are already sharing intimate jokes with each other and have reportedly been in constant communications through phone calls and video chat.
Dakota Johnson has just broken up with her boyfriend Matthew Hill because of the daring sex scenes she did for “Fifty Shades of Grey” last year and some more in the sequels “Fifty Shades Darker” and “Fifty Shades Freed” this year, all based on the erotic novels of author E.L. James.
Emma’s share of the rumors
Critics believe that the new rumors about Andrew Garfield and Dakota Johnson are equivalent to the recent rumors involving Emma Stone and Austin Stowell because they are doing a film together entitled “Battle of the Sexes.”
And just before the Stone-Stowell rumors, the “Crazy Stupid Love” actress was also rumored to be in a relationship with Ryan Gosling because they were filming a movie together a few months ago entitled “La La Land.” The movie is to hit theaters before the end of the year.
Interestingly, it was only in June this year when Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone were spotted on a luxurious yacht vacation in the Mediterranean, debunking rumors since October last year that they have broken up after three years of relationship, notes Just Jared.
Since then, everything has been very quiet on both ends of the actor and the actress, preferring to shy away from the limelight and keep whatever the state of their relationship as close to their chest as possible.

After more than four years of dating, Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield appeared to have already picked up a couple of neat lessons about how to keep their relationship private and away from the media limelight.
