Analyzing the Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls Beta Version!

With the new combination of rifts and bounties, Diablo 3 has never been more subtle regarding its repetitive nature. Playing Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls, you will come across the new ‘Loot 2.0’ system which hands you a lot of positive reinforcement in a silver platter. Getting hold of this loot, you can easily change the way you play within an instant.

The Beta version of Reaper of Souls has quite a few problems in it and is bound to face some constructive criticism. Many things like elite affix changes, stat involving returning crushing blow and various items/class balances take away a lot more than they actually give. There is no release date in sight and Blizzard has a lot of time to nip out the various issues and provide gamers with the Diablo Experience we solely desire.

The most noteworthy difference between Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls is the combination of the Loot 2.0 system and the removal of the Auction House. Even Trading also has a lot of restrictions put into place. The loot is only tradable for the players who were present during the time of the drop.

Presently, that also has an annoying time limit of 2 hours. As a result, what you’ll see is a complete self-bound progression of all your characters. The days of buying your way in order to get a powerful build is over. The system is reinforced with what Blizzard calls a ‘smart drop’ system. You can still get the infrequent loot that is meant for a class different than your own. You can trade it away or keep it in your trash in order to use it on your other classes.

The premeditated routes of Alkaizer, Scorpion, and Crypt, made by the some of the most seasoned Diablo 3 players will provide you with the most efficient loot, and experience points there is to be offered. On the downside, they get old and downright boring quite quickly. However, you will come across cross-act Bounties and Nephalem Rifts in their full Glory.

The Bounties are scattered all across the five acts and will provide you with random tasks for the gamers to accomplish. These could be killing some bosses, finishing an event or clearing an area of its evil denizens.

Presently, the Demon Hunters class will face a lot of problems with Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls. The reworked Vortex and Jailer deal unavoidable damage, which the Demon Hunters will now HAVE to face. Since the Demon Hunters depend on dodging, defensive skills and proper positioning, it gets difficult for them. The new passives that have been added make no sense, whatsoever. There are many more skills that still feel rather redundant.
