Reports claim that since Heard’s motive in bringing the dogs along with her involved Johnny Depp, there’s a huge chance that the “Dark Shadows” star could be summoned in court to take his stand.
According to BBC, Heard will be required to attend all four trials starting April 18 despite having denied the charges earlier. Twelve witnesses are listed to give evidence and it is still not clear if Depp is included in the list.
Prior to the date of Heard’s hearing being issued, the couple was spotted attending the Reba, Kix Brooks & Ronnie Dunn concert at The Colosseum at Cesar’s Palace in Las Vegas on December 11.
Just Jared reports that Amber and Johnny were seen in the concert and even had the chance to meet all the entertainers.
Reba even shared a photo on Instagram showing herself, Amber Heard, the 52-year-old actor, and Ronnie’s wife Janine.
With the couple’s latest sighting, it looks like Depp is throwing full support for his wife and that the smuggling case she is facing is not taking a toll on their almost one-year marriage.
The couple tied the knot in February this year in a private ceremony at their home in Los Angeles after three years of dating. The pair first met back in 2012 on the set of the film “The Rum Dairy.”
