As the title of the show connotes, the entire four seasons of the series focused on Amanda’s rather convoluted plot to destroy every individual who had a role in her father’s imprisonment. But she discovers along the way about her father’s past that somehow changed her plans many times.
Over the course of the four seasons, Amanda has brought in other individuals as allies to her revenge plan. However, in the course of executing her elaborate plan, she eventually found it difficult to remain emotionally detached.
She struggled to identify her true motivations and examines how her actions and plans have started changing her real identity. It was obvious that revenge and hate have started eating her up.
When she enlisted trusted friends into her plans, Amanda became worried that their involvement to her plans will change their lives. She was also skeptical as how she would move on with her life after exacting and completing her revenge on those who wronged her father.
