When the movie Thor was released a couple of years ago, it was easily one of the most popular movies of the year. Since then, we have seen Thor come around again in Thor 2, as well as, playing a role in The Avengers, which came out in 2012. Now, reports are starting to surface that might get most of the Marvel fans excited for another round of superhero action. According to reports, The Avengers: Age of Ultron is expected to have a teaser at the end of it just like all of the other Marvel movies.
The reason that this teaser is going to be so special would be the fact that it will be for the third installment of Thor. Thor 3, which is not expected to arrive for a year or so, is going to follow right along in the same footsteps as all of the other Marvel movies. In a recent interview it was revealed that the teaser was going to be a part of The Avengers 2 based on the fact that Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston and Idris Elba were shooting scenes together.
Thor 3, which is going to follow in the success of the second installment that was released last year and called “The Dark World”, should be in the early stages of production. Right now, there is very little information to go with, but as the information comes out the loyal fans will be running with whatever they can get their hands on. The Dark World was released back in 2013 and once it was released worldwide it was getting mixed reviews when compared to the first one.
The reviews were mixed, but the box office was a success bringing in more than $644 million worldwide. The next movie, the third in the series, would be expected to follow along in the same path. Thor 3 is expected to be released sometime in 2017 and is rumored to be called Thor: Ragnarok. Fan sites from all over the world have been speculating as to what they are going to show us in the third installment, but according to at least one, Loki will be playing a larger role in the movie.
More than one person that is working on the new movie has stated that it “might be the most important” in the series. Between Loki and Heimdall, it would appear that Thor has a beef with them in the latest leaked trailer, but we’ll have to wait to see what that is all about for at least 1 more year.
