Still, since TV show is a business, everyone has to accept the fact that it has to end sooner or later and it is just unfortunate for “American Idol” that it had to come after its Season 15.
But Adam Lambert only had praises for the show that discovered him and turned him into a music superstar that he is now.
Adam Lambert is a runner-up in 2008 during the “American Idol’s” Season 8. One year later, he released his debut studio album titled “For Your Entertainment” and he has since been enjoying superstardom since then.
Lambert says that “American Idol” had a great run. He also thanked the show because he said that he would not be in his present stature if not for the show.
In addition to Lambert, “American Idol” has paved the way for the credible music careers of more than a handful of singers, which are now enjoying fame and popularity, not to mention fortune too.
However, because of the numerous fan clamor for the continuation of the show, the producers have decided to give in to the demand and latest reports now state that “American Idol” will have its Season 16 early next year. All’s well that ends well and Adam Lambert is certainly among those who are happy that the show will remain alive on the small screen.
Yes! Adam!!!
Thank you for the complimentary article on the multi-talented and amazing Adam Lambert. There is no stopping Adam now. He has excelled in many different media, including tv, an individual concert tour and a tour fronting queen, a movie theme song, singing Love Wins Over Glamour at the Life Ball, hosting VH1 Divas, being a pioneer for equality, having 3 top 3 albums, and earning critical acclaim for everything he does. His voice and performance abilities are unequaled in music today and in the past. Adam has truly become an international star. He is more popular in some countries than he is in the US.
I am not sure your article is completely accurate. Adam’s season on American Idol was in 2009, and American Idol is ending with its 15th season, not the 16th. I think Adam was the #1 searched on Google in the UK for several days, not just the #1 searched musician.
Queen is one of the best and most respected rock bands ever. The praise that Brian May and Roger Taylor of Queen have showered upon Adam could not be better. They call him a “Gift from God” and a “one in a billion voice. They have said that they will not perform with any other singer. If you haven’t seen Adam perform with Queen on tour, you are missing out on one of the best rock concerts ever. I am talking about watching one of the tour performances, not something that was on tv. Adam truly lets loose when performing on tour. He is an incredibly natural performer, born to it.
A reminder: The Queen + Adam tour resumes in South America in September with shows in Brazil, Argentina and Chile. The “main event” will of course be Rock in Rio.
Adam will be launching his next solo tour in the new year in Australia and New Zealand. After that,…..I hope he visits Canada again. I saw him LIVE with Queen last summer in western Canada. He is a very stunning, charismatic and powerful entertainer/singer.
Adam will definitely heat up Fusion! He rocked the world with his tour with Queen, the best concert I’ve ever seen! They were meant to share a stage & Adam’s new album is top notch. He has a massive stage presence & incredible vocal range, besides being smart & personable. I wouldn’t call him at all eccentric. He’s actually very down to earth & grounded. He is a confident, sometimes flamboyant performer, having performed in musical theatre since the age of teen and he can rock with the best of them, as Queen can attest. Thanks for the article. Adam will be a great addition!
