Adam Lambert Collaborates with American Duo Tritonal for Pop Dance Single ‘Broken’

Whenever he is not performing as a solo artist or as a frontman for the iconic rock band Queen, Adam Lambert is busy making new music.

A few weeks ago, he was said to be recording some new music with British music artist Sam Smith in a groundbreaking collaboration.

Without everyone knowing it, Adam Lambert has already collaborated with American duo Tritonal, which released a new album recently entitled “Painting with Dreams.”

It turns out that one of the tracks from the new album features the collaboration of Adam Lambert with the Tritonal in the remix package for the biggest song in the album, the pop-dance single “Broken,” reports Music Times.

In addition to Adam Lambert, Tritonal has also worked with seven other producers who have reimagined the remix including British producer Codeko.

Codeko does not veer too far away from the original idea but injects more energy into his own remix. He keeps Adam Lambert’s vocals and then turns up the drop with a mix of synthesizers and fast-paced percussion.

He then draws on some UK influences for the break, adding a jogging bass line that gives the track a more up-tempo danceable beat.

Things then quiet down before Lambert’s voice leads into the second drop, which added even more percussion and energy to the song.

Codeko explained that when Tritonal reached out to him asking him to do a remix of their new album, he was ecstatic.

He said that ‘Broken’ is such a great tune, in no small part due to Adam Lambert’s fantastic vocals, and was a track that he already knew and loved. He explained that by changing the BPM and chord progression, he was able to keep the essence of the original but still manage to incorporate his own direction into the remix, resulting in an energetic, uplifting track that he is very proud of.

A great year for the ‘American Idol’ alum

The current year is proving to be a great year for Adam Lambert. He has been in numerous concert tours both as a solo artist and with Queen.

However, what seems to be missing this year is a new album. The last time he launched an album was last year when he unveiled the very successful “Ghost Town,” his third studio album.

He has also appeared in numerous TV shows including the final season of “American Idol,” and currently as one of the mentors in “X Factor Australia.”

The reality talent search show has been completely revamped with the addition of Lambert along with Iggy Azalea and Guy Sebastian, notes the Inquisitr.

Under the new format of the reality show, there are now three judges, so Lambert and Azalea will join Guy Sebastian to entertain the audiences and either say “yes” or “no” to the contestants.

His choice for US president

With the US presidential elections just around the corner, Adam Lambert has already made his choice and he wants his fans and the Americans to know who it is.

Apparently, the “Ghost Town” singer is endorsing the candidacy of former US Secretary of State and former First Lady Hillary Clinton to become the next president of America.

Lambert posted on his Twitter on October 25 ‘Vote @HillaryClinton and adding the hashtags #firstwoman and #HillaryClinton. He no longer justified his preference.

It is actually the first time that the “American Idol” alum made public his political preference via his Twitter account and critics believe that it certainly gives the candidacy of Hillary Clinton a boost notwithstanding the huge fan base of Adam Lambert not only in the US but all over the world.

Adam Lambert recently got a new ink on his body early last month which he received courtesy of Sang Bleu London tattoo artist Maxime Buchi.

It was the music artist who disclosed his new tattoo on his side when he shared a photo on Instagram on October 3 featuring Antinous.

Antinous is the young lover of ancient Roman emperor Hadrian and some of his fans and critics believe that Lambert chose the new ink as a result of his recent vacation in Greece.
