Abby Lee Miller Fired as Music Manager by Kendall Vertes in ‘Dance Moms’ Season 6 Episode 28!

Abby Lee Miller will be at the raw end of a management decision in the upcoming Season 6 episode of the dance competition reality show “Dance Moms” on Lifetime.

Based on the sneak peek of the upcoming episode 28 of “Dance Moms” to be aired on Lifetime on October 11, young talent Kendall Vertes will fire her dance coach as her music manager after failing to release her latest album, reports the International Business Times.

The decision of Kendall is strongly supported by her mother Jill who is also unhappy with Abby’s management of her daughter’s music career for some time already. In fact, Jill has also sent a letter to Abby’s lawyer asking to dissolve their partnership.

The upcoming episode of “Dance Moms” Season 6 is titled “Abby, You’re Fired” which is what the show will be all about next week.

As expected, the firing will not be taken by Abby Lee Miller lightly and kindly. In the trailer, she is seen subsequently yelling back at Kendall by saying that she’s a nobody and she is nothing.

But Jill retorted by saying that Abby used the kids to put her where she is now in the show and in her life.

Preparing for Abby’s possible jail time

While Jill Vertes did not mention it specifically during the teaser and most likely not in the upcoming episode of “Dance Moms,” she seems to have hinted that she is worried that Kendall’s music career might suffer if they continue to keep Abby as her music manager and the latter eventually goes to jail on her fraud charges.

In June, Abby Lee Miller pleaded guilty to 20 counts of fraud even as a new charge of violating currency reporting laws was lodged against her.

Quite interestingly, despite the delay after delay and extension after extension, Miller was granted an additional 45 days by a judge on what was supposed to be her sentencing on October 11, reports Deadline.

In a deal between her lawyers and the U.S. Attorney’s office and approved by new judge Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti in August, the “Dance Moms” coach will now face the consequences of her illegal and much apologized for actions in December.

Jill advised her 13-year-old daughter to stand tall during the pyramid in light of the letter being sent and tells her that they would be able to find someone who has the appropriate time and energy to focus on Kendall’s music career.

The mother was also seen telling the other dance moms that she has decided that Abby shall no longer be the manager for Kendall’s music and also told them that the dance leader is going to be really pissed with her decision.

Kendall and Jill’s decision to fire Abby comes after complaining about her management techniques earlier in the season. The mother-daughter duo did have success with Abby when it came to the music business, though. Kendall’s first single, “Wear Em Out,” took the No. 1 spot on iTunes music videos chart for all genres after its premiere in June 2015, beating out Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood.”

Sentencing schedule

Based on the new order of Chief Judge Conti issued on August 26, the sentencing of Abby Lee Miller shall occur on December 2, 2016 at 1 pm.

She is looking at a possible $5 million fine and five years imprisonment on the initial charges. But it has been reported also that the dance leader and her legal team already struck a deal with the feds which would likely see her with a greatly reduced sentence if any real jail time at all would be handed by the court.

The request for the sentencing delay was based on a case that could provide guidance in the Miller matter and, as always, schedules and paperwork.

According to the August 23 motion, the court has approved the agreement entered into between Ms. Miller and the Government in which sentencing shall not occur until after the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit renders a decision in “United States v. Free” case while noting the previously cited ‘zero loss’ bankruptcy case.

  1. Abby destroys other peoples lives and has no remorse. Many people could speak of her crimes. She knew what she was doing and so did the people around her that helped her. All of them think that making money is good enough reason. She and the people around her have no care for the law, what is right and have no remorse. They are not good human beings and they know it.
