Ellen Page Claims She is Happier Since Revealing She Is Gay!

If you see a photo of Ellen Page online, you might recognize her as an actress you saw in movies going all the way back to 2002. The 27 year old actress has been in a few of the bigger movies ever made, but in recent news there was not that much talk about her roles in those movies. Ellen Page really hit it big when she played a pregnant teen in “Juno” back in 2007, which brought in a lot of awards.

Before that she played “Shadowcat” in the movie, “X-Men: The Last Stand”, but was not recognized as much as she was in her role in “Juno”. Other movies that she has been noted for include “X-Men: Days of Future Past”, “The East”, “Peacock”, “Inception” and has three films that are going to be released at some point in the next 18 months to two years. With all of that to talk about, one would think that there is little else that could garner as much attention.

This week it was reported that Ellen Page says that she feels a lot better since she made it public last February that is a gay woman. It was only a few weeks ago that Ellen Page spoke to reporters about her personal life saying that she knew she “would be happier” when she went public. Before that she always felt that she was an actor and that she was able to keep that part of her life private.

Now she claims that she is the happiest she has ever been and that she never thought it would be like that. Ellen Page said that every little aspect of her life feels better and that is a good thing for the actress. It was early last year that she took the stage at the “Time To Thrive” conference and told her story. According to a different source, she has also talked about being married.

“I’m so stoked to get married” she said adding that she is such a romantic. When asked about children, she said that she was not sure she would “like to make a kid”, but she would love to raise one. Clearly the PETA loving, Sexiest Vegetarian of 2014, self-proclaimed feminist makes it clear that she is not into men with that statement. Other than being completely busy with movies and television, Ellen Page is dealing with the fallout from a tweet in which she was opposing the fact that Maurice Mills was being honored by The Queen.
