Freedom is the group’s main motivation, according to their statement, so it’s unnatural to think that they would be targeting their users with malicious content.
The developer went on to reassure users that TaiG’s tools are completely safe, and that he strongly values the huge trust the community has in the group’s work. According to him, TaiG believe that their users are quite smart overall and it wouldn’t take long for something like this to be uncovered. In the end, the group would never want to lose the trust their users have in them, which is why they would never resort to developing malicious tools.
On the other hand, TaiG also responded to claims that Apple are going to tighten the security of iOS even further and make jailbreaking impossible in the future.
