Chalk another minus point for Miley Cyrus in the eyes of Maria Shriver, the mother of her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger.
Apparently, Maria is said to be disgusted with Miley or her nude pictures that came out in the latest issue of “V” magazine, which further heightened her displeasure of the singer, who has been dating his son Patrick for several months already, reports Hollywood Life.
It is already out in the open that Maria does not approve of 22-year-old Miley for her son because she feels that the singer is a bad influence on her son.
There was even a report last week that Maria gave her 21-year-old son by actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger an ultimatum to breakup with Miley or lose his trust fund amounting to $49 million when he turns 25.
But Patrick has openly defied her mother’s wishes and is not even worried if his trust fund is taken away from him for as long as he and Miley stay in their relationship.
New reason to disapprove of her
With the release of the racy nude photos of Miley on the latest issue of ‘V” magazine, the “Wrecking Ball” singer just gave her future and would-be mother-in-law another reason to disapprove and despise her.
Sources close to Maria Shriver say that the 59-year-old mother of Patrick Schwarzenegger was actually disgusted with Miley’s nude pictures. The sources added that Maria does not understand why the singer had to do those photo shoot. She made an appeal again on her son to finally come to his senses.
While it initially appears that former husband Arnold Schwarzenegger is supportive of her displeasure of Miley for their son Patrick, the original “Terminator” does not want to meddle with his son’s love life because he is already in the right age and knows what he is doing.
The only other person whom Maria can draw support from of her obvious disapproval of Miley Cyrus is her 25-year-old daughter Katherine Schwarzenegger, Patrick’s older sister.
Maria is also reportedly getting worn down by Patrick’s defiance and continues to go against her wishes.
Supportive of his girl
Amid the displeasure of her mother for Miley’s nude pictures in “V” magazine, Patrick is very supportive of her singer-girlfriend.
An insider close to Patrick revealed that the young actor is okay with the things that Miley is doing in her career right now because he accepted her for what she is and what she does. Patrick knows the rigors of dating a popular pop singer like Miley so he is totally cool with her work.
The source added that Patrick will be supportive of Miley’s endeavours and would allow her to express herself, the way she did with the “V” magazine nude photo shoot for as long as she does not get hurt in the process of doing it.
