Grand Theft Auto V is going to be coming to the PC for shortly and even though most of the rumors from the last month or more were pointing towards a delay, Rockstar says that is not the case according to sources. The game has been available on all major gaming consoles for more than one year and those that would rather play the game on the PC, have been getting worried there are problems with the game in development.
Rockstar tried to keep everyone calm when they made an announcement that gamers would have the game on their PC’s by the end of this month, but that release date is coming up quickly. Those that have been watching very closely have noticed that the game’s title and release date was recently removed from the Steam store and that has been causing some buzz around the actual release. In place of January 27th, the source claims that “Early 2015” was added there.
Early 2015 could mean anytime, usually within the first quarter of the year. The first quarter of the year will be done by the end of March. The Rockstar forums have been blowing up about the possible delay and it was there that an official poster from Rockstar made the comment that the game “will be coming to PC on January 27th”. The poster also noted that there have not been any announced changes to the release date at this time.
Those that like to play the game on their PC can just keep the date on the calendar circled and get in line to pick up one of the most popular video games of all time. At least gamers are getting some information. Up to this point, Rockstar refused to say one work about the development, release date or any other information about the game. Putting the game on the PC, Rockstar has covered all of the major gaming consoles, new and old. That covers just about every single gamer on the planet, so the sales of all versions are easily going to break records, just like the others did.
For now, PC gamers will have to settle for the fourth installment of the video game. One of the best things about the game is that you can get mods for it that change things up a little bit adding a new element to the game rather than watching it get boring and stale before the next version has been released. If Rockstar is on track, gamers all over the world can expect to see the PC version released in about 20 days.
