Who Is Not Coming Back to Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta for Season Four

Fans of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” have recently been getting some worrying rumors regarding the future of their favorite show, and while many were initially speculating that the rumors were false, they’re shaping up to be more and more valid, as new information keeps coming out. The rumors in question concerned the cast of the show, which is allegedly being restructured for season 4. Several actors have been reportedly laid off and won’t be coming back for the next season, and according to recent news, the producers of the show have shared the list of laid off cast members.

The most notable entry on that list is that of couple Benzino and Althea, who have apparently run into some issues when negotiating the terms for their work on the show, so they have decided to just move on to another project. This isn’t actually that surprising, as Benzino publicly expressed his disappointment with the show’s producers a while ago.

Next, Joseline Hernandez is also not coming back, although only for a few episodes – she’s currently being penalized with a temporary suspension, as a result of a fight she got involved in during the reunion show. In addition, once she returns to the show she’ll have to take a lower salary as part of her penalty. It’s not known if the decision to penalize her is going to have any future effects on her presence in the show.

Kirk and Rasheeda Frost have been directly fired, although no explicit details were shared. Same goes for Tony Vick and Kaleena Harper, while Waka Flocka Flame and Tammy Rivera are actually moving forward with a spin-off that will revolve around them. Details about the new production are still vague, although it’s expected that more information will be revealed soon enough.

The show’s cast has also been updated with a new member, Nivea, and other than that, most of the other members are coming back for season 4, confirmed by the list. This includes Mimi Faust, Erica Dixon, Lil Scrappy and more.

Fans have already started discussing the changes to the lineup, with most expressing disappointment over the dismissal of certain members, but overall many fans seem optimistic for the new season, and expect it to bring something good to the table. Usually, cast changes of this magnitude are to be expected from shows in this genre, although the news seemed a bit too drastic for some of the production’s fans. The show’s producers haven’t made any comments regarding the situation, other than the revelation of the official cast list for season 4, although it’s expected that they’ll address the current events in detail at some point before the season begins.
