With that being said, she has been nominated for a Golden Globe Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award because of the role. In order to prepare for her rare, dramatic role, Jennifer Aniston said in a recent interview that she did not exercise.

It was because of this lack of exercise that Aniston was getting crabby with everyone. In the interview, she noted that should could not believe how much her serotonin levels had dropped during that time, how much her stamina dropped and how short she was with the people around her. Exercise is well known to produce serotonin in the brain that makes you feel better mentally. The lack of exercise is something new for Jennifer Aniston, who is a well known fitness fanatic.
