Season 3 continues to follow the story of Jimmy McGill and his devotion towards becoming Saul Goodman of Breaking Bad. Here we got all the juicy details about this new season – release date, cast, episode guide and much more.

When this prequel to the insanely popular Breaking Bad was announced, at first we thought it will be just another boring spin-off, but man were we wrong! Better Call Saul is entering its third season stronger than ever, after achieving the rare fate of being a prequel that is a worthy companion to the original show, while at the same time offering enough charm, story, and style to stand on its own.

Better Call Saul is focused on Bob Odenkirk’s character from Breaking Bad but in his formative years. The show started in 2015 and it is apparently not slowing down! The season premiere is set for April 10 on AMC. Netflix will release new episodes weekly, and if you are curious about what is going to happen, keep reading.

Sneak Peak

In the official trailer for this new season, we didn’t see Walter White’s archenemy, a mysterious teaser that appeared online about Los Pollos Hermanos, gave us a confirmation of his appearance on the show.  In this return of Gustavo Fring (portrayed by Giancarlo Esposito) we will see more of his backstory, but we still have no idea as to what he’s up to now.

The show’s star, Bob Odenkirk said in a recent interview that fans need to pay attention for more of Breaking Bad characters and callbacks “Giancarlo is an incredibly sweet, generous actor, and incredibly gifted, amazing actor, so it’s wonderful to have him around, and it’s wonderful to get the story closer to the world of Breaking Bad, and it’s not just Giancarlo. There are other characters from that show that are starting to appear, so that is super exciting, and it raises our stakes, and it raises our game at Saul.”

Rest of the cast

Next to Bob Odenkirk and Giancarlo Esposito, we will see Jonathan Banks as Mike Ehrmantraut, Mark Margolis as Hector Salamanca, as well as Michael McKean as Jimmy’s brother Chuck, Patrick Fabian as Howard Hamlin his law partner, Rhea Seehorn will come back as Kim Wexler, and Michael Mando completes the main cast as Nacho Varga – a career criminal about to collide with Jimmy and Mike.
