While Christmas means a season for sharing and giving, it seems to be a meaningless occasion now for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Apparently, the event only heightened the stakes for the battle for full custody of their six kids — Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 7.
Angelina Jolie filed a divorce with Brad Pitt in September after allegations of weed smoking, alcohol problems, anger management issues, and physical abuse to their oldest son, Maddox while in a private plane for a trip. The incident caused the immediate filing of divorce by Angelina.
However, Los Angeles County’s Department of Children and Family Services had already cleared the 52-year-old “World War Z” actor from the incident as the agency did not file a case against him after conducting an investigation.
After the investigation, there are reports saying that Brad Pitt made a phone call to Maddox and had an emotional conversation with his eldest son to apologize for the mistakes he has committed. It is not clear what was the reaction of Maddox but it looks like the son seems satisfied with the apology of his father.
The custody battle continues
The 41-year-old “Salt” actress continues to remain firm in her stance for full custody of their six children and is asking the court that she be granted the right and only visitation rights for Brad Pitt.
She also seems determined to convince the court that giving in to her request would be good for the kids. But Brad Pitt is also determined to fight for the custody battle, justifying his love for his six kids too.
At this point, it is almost clear that contrary to rumors, there seems to be no rekindling of romance between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.
Their decision to divorce was also as fast as their decision to hang out together began nearly 13 years ago. Back then, the “Troy” actor asked for a divorce from Jennifer Aniston in 2004 just to date Angelina Jolie, and eventually, marry her.
There were even rumors saying that Jennifer Aniston made a jeering comment on the on-going divorce proceedings and legal child custody war between her ex-husband and Angelina Jolie. There was even a rumor saying that Jennifer Aniston referred to the incident as Brad Pitt’s karma for once ditching her like a hot potato.
It seems that the table has been turned for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie as the former A-list celebrity couple is exchanging harsh words to each other amid their divorce proceedings.
Very furious
Angelina Jolie was reportedly furious after discovering that her kids’ therapist allowed Brad Pitt to see their children and get to spend Christmas with the actor.
Reports say that the “Wanted” actress had a mental breakdown and was really upset about the whole thing.
What added to her anger and great disappointment was the fact that the therapist gave the green light to her former husband to spend Christmas with his kids in his house. She wants that Brad Pitt’s visitation would be conducted in her home and that he should not be taking their kids to his house.
On December 27, Brad Pitt has reportedly accused Angelina Jolie of neglecting their children’s sake upon exposing to the public the names of their therapist and mental health professionals.
He believed that it is not safe and healthy for their children knowing that everything that has been happening is fully exposed to the public which might leave the kids’ psychological state in peril.
It can be recalled that Brad Pitt also requested to conceal all the custody files and documents in the courts for their kids’ sake because he is very much concerned about their welfare and safety.
But Angelina Jolie seems not bothered by the allegations. The “Ocean Eleven” actor said that his former wife has no self-regulating mechanism to shield the sensitive information from public exposure.
Incidentally, Brad Pitt is allegedly now wooing some women whom Angelina Jolie had banned and identified on her own blacklist.
Banned? Who does she think she is his mommy too?
She think she was his wife, and with Pitt’s history of cheating on women he’s married to, perhaps she was trying to keep her family together.
A divorce between a drug abuser/addict/mentally ill person and the spouse is never pretty. Before it’s over with, every little detail about the peccadillos of both will be public knowledge. After all, it stands to reason that neither side is perfectly innocent. After all, if the target of the suit is so bad, why did the petitioner agree to marry in the first place? Or even shack up?
Who cares about this stupid woman and her pathetic life! Brad Pitt should consider himself lucky to get away from this trainwreck! It’s amazing how these entertainment fools think the whole world is waiting in anticipation to hear about their clusterf%%k lives. We are all laughing at you, not with you!
It’s funny how one day a couple’s life is perfect in every way, and then all of the sudden she doesn’t seem to care about the children’s well-being.
it’s typical divorce stuff, and oddly enough, she never said he was a bad parent, she was considered about his addictions and the effect they’d have on the children.
maybe next time he won’t jump into a relationship and adopt a basketball team’s worth of kids.

Typical raging female behavior. This is all about her, she is using her children as weapons. This is what our courts have trained women to do. Lie, lie, lie.
there’s no doubt that people can become very dirty in divorces, but think about what all she’s said since the divorce. literally nothing…if he has a drinking and drug problem, then maybe it’s best that he sees the children in a structured environment.
at this point I don’t think there’s any doubt that Pitt did something on the private plane, and from all the accounts, the oldest child stepped in while his dad was yelling at his mom. sadly this happens every day in America, the difference here is that he’s always been seen as the fool who got with Jolie and she’s seen as the evil man-taker.
Mr and Mrs Smith have got to learn that the lawyers are the winner and the children will suffer. I like both the actor and actress, but these things will pass, and you can never get back what you once had. People of different cultures have different values, morals, and ethics.
Where was she at if the therapist let the kids go with him, sounds like she was out of pocket to be concerned…….
Brad Pitt is a pretty cool guy and a great actor I might add. This broad is off her F’n rocker! Oh, he drinks and smokes pot and 1 time went off on his son. So she wants to nail him to a cross? Wow… there wouldn’t be to many men left measured by her her self-righteous delusional standards.
