Most of the rumors are saying that the upcoming model of the iconic Ford Bronco brand shall maintain the design and features of its predecessor and shall be very similar to the concept that was put on display by the American car manufacturer during the 2004 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan.
According to those set of rumors, the next Bronco will retain a tall, boxy, tough, and no-frills design with a strong focus on utility and off-road capabilities.
It shall have a different kind of grilles, wheel fender shapes, varying ride heights, and cargo rack for some different looks, details Gas2.org.
There are also reports saying that the new Bronco will be hitting the showrooms in the United States in the middle of next year as a 2017 model and would be a larger and beefier truck with modern LED headlights and less respect for the past.
Backing up the second set of rumors about the Bronco is that the 2017 model shall have a high-performance version featuring a Ford 5.8 liter V-8 similar to the one found in the Shelby GT500 and capable of pumping out 662 horsepower and 631 pound-feet of torque.
Ford has not confirmed which of the rumors on its next Bronco is more accurate since the American carmaker seems to be keeping its cards close to the vest. The rumors apparently allow them to feel out which among the designs going out online have the potential preferences from the majority of Bronco buyers.
No longer a myth
Before the official announcement of Ford in February this year, the Bronco was just a myth that bowed out of the limelight back in 1996 after dominating the pickup truck market for 30 years.
With the confirmation of Ford that it would be delivering four SUVs in the next four years, and two of them are the Bronco and the Ranger, the previous myth has become a detailed plan.
The continued rantings of Republican presidential bet Donald J. Trump that Ford contributed to job losses in America when it shifted its production assembly to Mexico also enabled the American car manufacturer to come out and clarify that it is not the case and that it shall be producing its Bronco and Ranger SUVs at its assembly plant in Michigan.
Ford also confirmed that it was only the sedans that it is producing at its plant in Mexico.
The same reports are also saying that the Ford Bronco shall be built on the Atlas platform, the same one used for the development of the very popular Ford F-150 pickup truck, reports Frogcars.
Interiors which are high on technology
The interiors of the 2017 Ford Bronco shall come with the latest high-end technology features. The upholstery will be done with high quality and luxury materials, while the cabin will be roomier and able to take in up to five adult passengers, and provide them comfort in both road and off-road rides.
The dashboard will have a modern design and equipped with SAT-NAV/Infotainment system with a huge touchscreen. The new Bronco will provide a huge amount of cargo space, enough for luggage and other additional equipment.
Critics believe that the interest on the 2017 Bronco comes from the fact that the Bronco is actually the most loved truck brand of the American car manufacturer.
Since the reports came out that Ford Motor Company is planning on releasing a new Bronco model, the interest on the legendary truck has not diminished at all, especially among American car owners.
Although Ford has yet to confirm the reports now spreading online regarding the 2017 Ford Bronco, reports are saying that the vehicle shall be taking the market by storm with a modern-day SUV. The new Bronco shall reportedly challenge all its competitors in the highly-competitive SUV segment offering comfort, elegance, and modern-day technological advancements.
The 2017 Ford Bronco shall reportedly have a boxy design which would really be elegant in nature and its exterior appearance will catch the eyes of age-group automobile lovers.
