Plot Details of Ant-Man Movie Revealed, Including Ties with Avengers!

Finally, the wait for plot details about “Ant-Man” is over, and fans no longer have to rely on random rumors about the upcoming film to find out what they’re going to see. Marvel have now released the complete synopsis of the film’s plot publicly, in which they describe how the protagonist, Scott Lang, will use his abilities and the help of his mentor in order to deal with various threats looming over society. The film will reportedly see the duo saving the world through the rather unconventional means of accomplishing a complicated heist.

In addition, Marvel have released the cast list for the film, which includes some already known names, as well as some new revelations. Paul Rudd will be playing the main character, of course, while Evangeline Lilly will be in the role of Hope Van Dyne. Viewers will also get to see Michael Douglas playing as Hank Pym, the mentor of Ant-Man.

This is the most recent announcement from the studio, following the revelation that Paul Rudd has finished shooting his part for the movie, which was confirmed by Peyton Reed on Twitter recently. This means that the film is now entering its post-production and more details will start coming out soon – and this recent revelation of the synopsis and cast list has been a good example of that. It’s expected that fans will be told even more about the upcoming film over the next few weeks/months, and it’s actually rumored that Marvel have some serious marketing planned for the production.

It’s also interesting to note that “Pan”, another film which Hugh Jackman is currently involved in, has switched its scheduled release date rather abruptly recently – it was planned for a release on July 17, 2015, but it’s now been moved a week back to July 24. Rumors indicate that this has been an expected move, as Marvel don’t want anything to steal the spotlight from their next major release, and it would make sense that another film featuring Hugh Jackman could be a potential hazard in this regard.

Ant Man

Overall, it seems that Marvel are putting a lot of effort into “Ant-Man”, and are hoping for a very solid release. The film has already managed to build up quite the stable following of fans, and it appears that Marvel are planning to do their best to satisfy their attention with lots of interesting releases about the upcoming movie, hoping to build up a lot of hype about it before it hits the screen. And it would seem that they’re on the right track as well, and they have been handling their relations with their fans very positively all in all.
