Amalgamate post-apocalyptic thrill and horror into a television drama series and we have the American television series that every person is familiar with. Yes, I am talking about Fear The Walking Dead. The show that has been very well applauded from the first season is set to release its third installation of the series.
The second season of the series ended on the 30th of September, and the audience were left with a gut-wrenching cliff-hanger. The two-hour finale episode featured Travis’ attempt into violence and even murder. The fans are anticipating an extension of the same in the third season but look like only time will reveal the same.
The executive producer, David Erickson was very particularly generous about leaving some hints in the recent interview. According to him, the character of Curtis is set to be portrayed as a badass in the upcoming season. He further stated that Curtis is going to be the same but with a lot of different addition to the aggressive side to it.
The showrunner of the show, when interviewed by several media outlets, gave the fans a bit to start their speculations regarding the third season. Erickson emphasized on the fact that this season is set to witness a bit more on the control of the border.
The finale episode of the second season witnessed Nick and Luciana being shot on the border of the United States and Mexico by a militia group. If speculations are to be kept into account, this militia group is not part of the military. So the fans who were thinking the season 3 is going to be a clone of that of the season one can breathe a sigh of relief.
While Erickson lay a bit of the plotline, he was smart enough to not disclose any major part of the story. He said that the character of Ofelia which is portrayed by Dayton Callie might have some connection with the militia group responsible for shooting Nick and Luciana.
We still don’t know as to if that will be a good or bad impact, but we can speculate a strong connection to the future plotline based on this.
The character of Viktor is set to make an entrance again back in the season 3 of the show. Viktor has been a character of not much importance, but it might change in this season. His character is set to be the connection between what the currency of the apocalypse is and how to survive through it.
Erickson left some hints about the character of Travis as well saying that his character is “broken” and a “fully apocalyptic.” We still are trying to figure out what that exactly points to. The character of Madison is set to see some behavioral changes as well.
Travis and Madison are set to form the “dream team.” The characters are not going to be subtle and gentle but ruthless in the upcoming season. Maybe that is the pivotal reason of the floating rumors that the Fear characters are about to transform into villains this season.
Given the rage and the pragmatic behavior of the characters, questioning a happy reunion is a possibility. Erickson answered those speculations too.
According to him, a possible family reunion is something that might not be the same old as to what the fans might be expecting. They are set to introduce a lot of changes in the season 3 and some of which might be a lot violent and unexpected for the audience’s likings.
