Collins was confident that Supernatural Season 12 would show Castiel in a different light. He will get his powers back and will start to become a powerful aid to Dean and Sam.

While the rescue operation for Sam is underway, Crowley (Mark Sheppard) gets tipped that Lucifer has taken over the body of rock star Vince Vicente. Lucifer realizes that God is out of the picture and wants to be worshiped.

He picks aging rock star Vince Vicente (Rick Springfield) as his new vessel. According to Comic Book, the executive producer, Andrew Dabb said that it is a great feeling to have people worshipping you.

However, there is a lot of baggage with the name of Lucifer, and Supernatural Season 12 will explore this angle.

Castiel and Crowly weren’t happy with the way Lucifer had treated them. International Business Times reported that Castiel and Crowley would join forces in Season 12 to bring down the fallen angel.

The act of defeating God’s favorite son might not be an easy task and Crowley will a familiar face along the way. Kadeem Hardison will play the role of music industry mogul, Russell Lemmons.

Lemmons has plans for Lucifer while he inhabits the body of Vince Vicente. He wants Vicente to make a comeback and will not be happy to know about Crowley’s plans.
