Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro Is A Well-Performing Gentle Giant, When Will Android 7.0 Nougat Be Released To Samsung Devices? Let’s See

It is sad for Nexus 6 users who expected another 6.0incher upgrade from Motorola. People were expecting that their upcoming upgrade would be close to what they have now. Reality indicates that people don’t want phablets of such proportions, especially when they are being released by Chinese brands.

The Nexus 6 form factor is highly mismatched and flagships these days don’t appear to be bigger than 5.7inches anymore. The devices like Sony Xperia XA and Xiaomi Mi Max don’t offer a better than mid-range performance. However, people who are used to the bulkiness of the Nexus 6 will probably want to consider the new Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro.

Keep in mind that at full HD, the display appears to be pretty mediocre, compared to Nexus 6 which comes with Quad HD. On top of that, it doesn’t have the right curves as well. However, the Octa-Core Snapdragon 652 processor in the Galaxy A9 Pro isn’t a strong performer.

AnTuTu benchmarks report that the chipset comes close to the performance of the Snapdragon 810, provided in the Nexus 6P. It runs on 4GB RAM, so smoothness isn’t an issue at all.

The 16MP OIS-enabled camera should be good enough when compared to the likes of Galaxy S6 and S7. On top of that, it has a powerful 5000mAh battery. The Galaxy A9 Pro has a drawback. It isn’t cheap, considering the price of $500.

With the season of celebrations coming up soon, there are a lot of new names in emerging. The A9 Pro, for instance, was earlier made official in China during March last year and followed by its official launch in June in Malaysia.

Other smartphones which you need to look out for are LeEco Le 2 Pro and Google Pixel, Pixel XL smartphones in October. It is said that Samsung is launching the Galaxy A9 and A9 Pro so as to divert attention from the recently trending exploding battery pack situation in the Galaxy Note 7.

It resulted in making a huge dent of $1 billion in the company. The smartphone comes with three different color options, Black, Gold, and White.

The handset having dimensions of 161.7 x 80.9 x 7.9mm, comes with a weight of 210grams, running on 4GB RAM and featuring a full-HD 1920X1080 pixel, 6.0inch display. The smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 1.8GHz, Octa-Core processor, and an Adreno 510 Graphics solution.

According to Mobile N Apps, the internal storage capacity is upgradeable to 128GB using a microSD card. The device runs on 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS, using a highly-customized TouchWiz User Interface. The device features an 8-megapixel front camera and a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera. It comes with OIS, LED Flash, and autofocus.

In other news, we can expect to see five new smartphones being launched this year. First of all, Xiaomi Mi5S was slated to launch on 27th September. The device is powered by Snapdragon 821 processor, 256GB internal storage, a 5.15inch display, and a 16MP rear camera and 3490mAh battery.
