Fans of the Australian pop rock band 5 Seconds of Summer (5SOS) and its lead vocalist Luke Hemmings only have praises for their music idols but most of them see Luke’s social media influencer girlfriend, Arzaylea, as the odd person out in the picture.
They see Arzaylea as someone who sticks out like a sore thumb in nearly every concert tour performance of 5SOS wherever they go in the world.
The fact that Arzaylea appears to be brandishing her connection and relationship to Luke Hemmings really frustrate his adulators since they feel that she is preemptively taking the 5SOS lead singer away from them especially during his free time in between performances.
Instead of Luke Hemmings spending more time with the fans in between their concert tours, he has noticeably spent it with Arzaylea, much to the chagrin of his throngs of fans all over the world.
The hatred of 5SOS and Luke Hemmings fans on Arzaylea is all over social media wherein she was called names and accused of being a gold digger and a limelight hog.
Interestingly, Luke Hemmings has come out to defend his girlfriend from all the accusations against her. He even posted on social media that fans should just stop the hate without really saying how much Arzaylea means to him.
Thus, the rumors about Luke and Arzaylea continues to spread online whenever they are not seen together, which are mostly fan wishful thinkings, that are often quashed when the two of them once again shows up in public.
A bouquet of flowers
Luke Hemmings was spotted early this month in New Orleans walking with a bouquet of flowers. Subsequently, Arzaylea uploaded a photo on Snapchat showing the same bouquet of flowers as if saying to the whole social media world that she was the recipient of Luke’s flowers.
The bouquet of flowers thing came out following rumors of a breakup between Luke Hemmings and Arzaylea, reports Game & Guide.
Critics believe that it is actually Luke Hemmings who is seriously in love with Arzaylea more than the social media influencer to her boyfriend. While Luke seems to show that he is overly protective of Arzaylea, the social media influencer seems to be just going for the ride and enjoying every moment of it.
As a matter of fact, on the time that he was spotted in New Orleans, 5SOS has plenty of shows scheduled around that time but Luke still managed to find the time and buy a bouquet of flowers for Arzaylea. He was subsequently seen in the company of Calum Hood and Nia Lovelis, as well as Michael Clifford and Crystal Leigh.
Stronger than ever
Just before the New Orleans thing, Luke Hemmings and Arzaylea also came out to debunk the breakup rumors between them that went around last month.
The speculations about the split of the high-profile couple were actually spawned by Arzaylea’s recent rant on Twitter where she appeared to be saying goodbye and was alluding to a heartbreak.
Apparently, she was either playing everybody again for a fool, especially the fans of Luke Hemmings and 5SOS who hate her, or she was actually referring to something or someone else other than the band’s lead vocalist.
In order to quash the breakup rumors, Luke Hemmings and Arzaylea were spotted on September 12 having a dinner with One Direction band member Niall Horan at the Nice Guy restaurant in L.A.
Luke Hemmings and Niall Horan had been real close way back in 2013 and it was actually One Direction who paved the way for the emergence and popularity of 5 Seconds of Summer when they allowed the Australian pop rock band to become their front act on some of their concerts.
