Motorola Moto E2 Likely to be under Development, Tech-Specs Speculated, Expected to Release in 2015!

The Motorola Moto E might not have been the best smartphone at its price range, but the device was appreciated by both the experts and the critics. Motorola had hoped for entire market domination with their range of smartphones, spread across all price brackets – the flagship Moto X, the mid-market Moto G and the entry level Moto E. However, their plan was short-lived as the Moto E failed to attain its primary objective.

Motorola however is in no mood to surrender, and they have made it clear by launching the second-generation smartphones, which have undergone some major improvements. We already have the Moto X2 (or Moto X 2nd generation) and the Moto G2 (or the Moto G 2nd generation), and it is time to introduce the Moto E2 to the ranks.

If rumors are to be believed, Motorola has made it certain that they plan on introducing a revamped budget smartphone sometime within 2015 and considering the limited number of products that fit the bill, experts are certain that the Motorola Moto E2 is right around the corner.

Geekbench revealed that several tests have been conducted on the 64-bit device, and we have no reason to be skeptical as they have revealed numerous seemingly unbelievable facts in the past too! Motorola seems to have gotten over their fetish for a 32-bit processor, in favor of a 64-bit processor, as it does a superior job of handling the memory blocks of the device, a very important feature when you consider modern day smartphones.

64-bit processors support multitasking effortlessly, and this could be a life saver for most gaming addicts who are running on a budget! The smartphone is likely to be in the pre-production stage at the moment while numerous tests are still being conducted to ascertain its practical importance and guarantee flawless performance.

Rumors claim that the Motorola Moto E2 is likely to feature 4G LTE connectivity and hence the company could be aiming at the selfie-centric generation who like to upload their activities online at the first chance that they get! We are not too sure at the moment. The device is expected to feature a quad-core, 1.19 GHz S410 processor with 1 GB of RAM and run on the Android v4.4.4 KitKat. The device should be upgradable to Android v5.0 Lollipop!
