Luke Hemmings might have overdone a practical joke on Michael Clifford, the 5 Seconds of Summer drummer, who ended up missing the band’s performance in London. Luke had hidden the drummer’s Passport right before they had to travel, which resulted in the band traveling to the UK without their drummer, who had to stay back in the US!
Even though this might seem funny for a moment, the fans were not amused! The question here is, was this an intentional sabotage based on the girlfriend drama that unfolded recently? The Daily Mail reported an apology from Michael Clifford, and it read, “I won’t be able to make it to the Jingle Bell Concert today as I lost my Passport. I am sorry.”
During this time, Luke Hemmings revealed that he, along with his bandmates had hidden Michael’s Passport. The boys are known to pick constantly on one another, but this time it might have gone a little out of hand. We believe that they should keep things under control, especially post this event.
Even though no one wants to talk about it, rumors suggest that this was a little payback for the girlfriend drama. Luke Hemmings managed to keep his lid on regarding any issues whatsoever, although, the fans are quite sure what the whole event was about. Critics have dropped the hammer strongly over the incident while the fans have made themselves clear about condemning the situation and any similar acts in the future.
Luke Hemmings had recently spoken to Seventeen Magazine about the qualities in a girl that attracts him. “I like girls with a natural sense of humor and who knows how to live life less seriously.” He said. In a past interview, Luke revealed that he and the boys needed a bit more confidence in order to woo the girls.
Most fans find it hard to believe, considering the oh-so-cute look and to-die-for height that Luke sports. Fans believe that this was a way to quench rumors about him dating. The guys however haven’t forgotten their mate who is stuck in America for the time being, and they have sported some weird and funky hair-dos dedicated to the drummer.
Looks like the situation is presently under control, but fans wish that they do not have to miss out on any of the band members the next time that they perform live. 5SOS has been a phenomenal success with the tweens, ever since One Direction grew too old for them. However, age is no limit when it comes to music and 5SOS has proved it all over again!
