Supermodel Kate Upton really looks beautiful with or without make-up and that’s because of her innate and natural beauty.
She was recently spotted working up a sweat at a gymnasium in New York City wearing a tight exercise gear, reports the Daily Mail.
The supermodel-turned-actress-turned-supermodel really makes working out really worth inviting to those who see her because aside from her natural beauty, her curves would give anyone the clear idea of how fitness is always on the top of her list.
And she is not just working out to keep in good shape, she is also very strong. She recently showed her power-lifting skills when she pushed 540 pounds on a weight sled.
Kate Upton’s intense workout regiment was recently shared by her trainer Ben Bruno on his Instagram account and he said that the 540 pounds was the supermodel’s personal best.
He also cited that they may have discovered a new secret for performance enhancement, notes Foods 4 Better Health.
Not for the faint of heart
Despite her stature and seeming sensitiveness, Ben Bruno’s training program and workout regimen for Kate Upton are not for the faint of heart.
The workouts can be intense at times but still creative enough to motivate the “The Layover” star.
They do training for five to six days each week that begins with stretches followed by circuit style workouts.
The supermodel does many of the exercises with heavy weights and resistance bands, obviously meant to condition and improve her strength. Kate also carries bands with her while she is on travel so she can get in quick workouts whenever possible.
While many would say that she really looks gorgeous and sexy already, Upton still works incredibly hard to have such an amazingly toned body.
Some women might fear the idea of lifting heavy weights, but Upton does not shy away from lifting weights, and her body has become better because of it.
Great eating habits
It is not just the workouts that Kate Upton is seriously into but she also complements it with her great eating habits.
She does not like crash dieting, which is often the route being taken by most supermodels. She eats protein but controls her intake of sugar and alcohol.
She also eats in moderation but certainly avoids subjecting herself through starvation diets just to be able to maintain her weight and shapely figure.
When she was spotted going out of the New York City gym after her workout recently, she was wearing black leggings featuring a netted pattern on the side. She also completed her ensemble with her set of trainers, a black side purse, and shades.
Over the past couple of weeks, there is not much news going around about Kate Upton on the internet except her occasional stint as the cover of illustrious magazines every now and then or her attendance in modeling gigs and other celebrity events.
Of late, however, she has been noted to spend more of her time in the gym where she seems to be taking seriously so much so that critics are mostly in unison in saying that the 24-year-old supermodel is now enjoying the best shape of her life.
It could be that she wants to keep fit all the time because her body is her asset in her modeling career. But there are now reports going around that the main reason why Kate Upton is seriously doing her workout routine because she wants to look good in her wedding dress if she gets married to her fiancée, 33-year-old Justin Verlander, the pitcher for the Detroit Tigers baseball team.
