The 2016 Ford Bronco rumors are now history and so are the speculations about the 2017 Ford Bronco.
It seems that some bright guys on the internet decided to troll people about the impending arrival of the iconic Ford truck that as early as 2014, they decided to hype up the supposed coming of the vehicle this year.
But it is almost the middle of the year now and there is still no official confirmation about it so it is good as dead by this time.
The same is true with the rumors about the 2017 Ford Bronco because if internet surfers would just compare the websites trumpeting the 2016 Ford Bronco with those hyping the 2017 Ford Bronco, both vehicles have the same features and engine make and even the way they are written.
The articles were like press releases that altered only the 2016 and 2017 in the name of the brand. But the rumors cross each other out. It’s like having a story where the writer and the editor are both not certain of its accuracy that they just decided to create two websites and run one story on one and publish the other story on the other.
Four vehicles in the next four years
Because of the recent announcement of Ford Motor Company in February this year, it seems clear that the American car manufacturer would be launching four new vehicles in the next four years and one of them is going to be a Ford Bronco.
Reports are now rife that it is likely that the Bronco would come out in 2020 but that does not stop rumors about a 2017 Ford Bronco, or a 2018 Ford Bronco, or a 2019 Ford Bronco, from permeating online.
The 2017 Ford Bronco is one of the most highly-anticipated SUVs to look forward to from the American car manufacturer after it stopped production of the iconic brand back in 1996, the rumors say.
The SUV shall be utilizing the same chassis that was used to build the Ford F-150 but there are also reports saying that it would utilize the Atlas concept model, notes USA Cars Today.
The third set of rumors says that it would come out similar to the 2004 concept presented by Ford during the North American International Auto Show and it will feature Ford’s new SUV design language as well as its latest pickup trucks.
Accordingly, the side of the 2017 Ford Bronco would be quite long and it would have six lug aluminum wheels, dual taillights, two flat exhaust tips, an accompanying chrome bumper, and big tailgate.
The same reports also say that the interior of the 2017 Ford Bronco will exude an aircraft style and ambiance given its expected high-tech features to go with its luxurious looks considering the high-end materials to be used for the seats. The sophistication and technology of the interior would be accentuated by the large touchscreen and infotainment system in the middle of the dashboard.
Larger and beefier
Reports also have it that the 2017 Ford Bronco would hit the showrooms in the middle of 2017, which make it a suspect anew.
The SUV shall reportedly come out as a larger and beefier truck with modern LED headlights and less respect for the past.
It shall also have a high-performance variant featuring a 5.8-liter V8 engine similar to the one found on the Shelby GT500. The specific 2017 Ford Bronco model would be capable of producing 662 horsepower and 631 pound-feet of torque.
Meanwhile, the rumors and reports about the 2016 Ford Bronco only prove that car enthusiasts the world over are almost dying to see what the 21st century Bronco would look like when it finally comes out of the market, points out Mycars 2016.
