The rumors about the sequel to the erotic romance Valentine movie of 2015, “Fifty Shades of Grey,” keeps on coming and the juiciest to have come as of late are reports saying that actor Jamie Dornan, who plays Christian Grey, was actually offered by the producers to do full frontal nudity and get a bonus of $1.5 million on top of his paycheck.
The speculations seem a bit on the exaggerated side considering that the $1.5 million is just a bonus, which means that it is to be given on top of the actual paycheck of the Irish actor for “Fifty Shades Darker.”
It can be recalled that Dornan and his co-star Dakota Johnson, who plays Anastasia Steele in the original film, each received $250,000 paycheck for “Fifty Shades of Grey.”
And because the movie made more than $500 million when it was shown in February 2015, it was already expected that they would get a pay raise to the tune of millions. If $1.5 million is to be just a bonus for Jamie Dornan should he decides to do full-frontal nudity, then he must be getting not lower than $10 million for the upcoming sequel, and so is Dakota.
Reports also have it that the producers are determined to convince Dornan to do a lot of nude scenes and they can offer more if he agrees, notes Movie News Guide.
Creative control in exchange
In exchange for the risqué move of Dornan should he goes for it, he will be given by the producers creative control on how the nude scenes shall be filmed and handled.
He was reportedly told that the nude scenes will not be overtly sexual but more of a brief tease.
However, until Dornan makes a statement to either confirm or deny these rumors, everything remains as speculations.
“Fifty Shades Darker” is now being directed by James Foley, who replaced Sam Taylor-Johnson after she had a disagreement with author E.L. James, who wrote the trilogy books which are the source materials for the film series. The movie is expected to hit theaters on February 10, 2017.

A lot of set photos from the filming of “Fifty Shades Darker” have started to trickle online since last month. Most of these photos focus on actors Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson and their obvious and oozing sexual chemistry together.
Apparently, the leaked photos also caught the attention of Amelia Warner and it reportedly riled her up.
Reports have it that she is not happy with what she is seeing in the photos where her husband is kissing and canoodling Dakota during the filming of “Fifty Shades Darker” in Vancouver, Canada.
One of the leaked photos of Jamie and Dakota also showed the two of them wearing their wedding rings which indicate to the likelihood that Christian and Ana will tie the knot in the sequel.
But to be fair to Jamie and Dakota, they have actually kept their relationship strictly professional despite their obvious sexual chemistry together.
The situation of the two actors is very much similar to the rumors that hounded the pair of Theo James and Shailene Woodley while filming “The Divergent” movie series.
