‘Left 4 Dead 3’ Promises to Bring Fresh and Interesting Content When the Video Game is Finally Released in 2017!

American game developer Valve Corporation has not said anything official about its upcoming multiplayer zombie shooter video game “Left 4 Dead 3,” but it seems that the rumors and speculations are getting louder and louder that the game is going to be launched at the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2016 to be held in Los Angeles, California in June.

Accordingly, after its unveiling at the E3 2016, Valve Corporation will release the highly-anticipated video game to the PlayStation 4, the Xbox One, and the PC early next year. But no specific date in 2017 has been given yet as to its exact release date.

If and when “Left 4 Dead 3” comes out next year, it will be eight years from the time that “Left 4 Dead 2” came out in the last generation gaming consoles back in 2009, which is considered an eternity in modern-day game development.

It was actually the previous interview on Minh ‘Goosebump’ Le, a former employee of Valve Corporation, which intensified notions that “Left 4 Dead 3” is indeed in the thick of development. In addition, he also hinted that the next iteration of the popular multiplayer zombie shooter game franchise is going to bring fresh and interesting new content, much to the excitement of gamers, notes the Vine Report.

Valve Corporation is also under pressure to deliver to gamers “Left 4 Dead 3” because the first two games in the series were actually developed in collaboration with Turtle Rock Studios. It simply needed to prove itself that it can make another great game on the franchise without Turtle Rock as a partner.

New characters and gameplay feature

The revelation seems consistent with recent reports that “Left 4 Dead 3” shall feature new characters including a newcomer hoodlum named Irvin, an ex-flight attendant named Katherine, a Kenpo fighter battle lord known as Garrett Jr., and a comic book geek named Keenan.

The same reports also say that the gameplay shall also increase the number of possible gamers from the previous six to eight.

In addition, there will also be six different campaigns in the game including No Mercy, Early Destination, Impasse, Cliff-Hanger, Crashland, and Inquisitor Land. There is also a possibility that more campaigns will be added to the game through future DLCs.

Regardless whether these rumors and speculations are true or not, they are only making fans believe that “Left 4 Dead 3” is already in the pipeline and will be dropping very soon.

Putting it on priority

Latest reports have it that “Left 4 Dead 3” has just come out in Microsoft’s list for the Xbox One backward compatibility program, which only validates previous reports that Valve is indeed working on the development of the game.

There are also reports saying that Valve Corporation has put “Left 4 Dead 3” in top priority over its other highly-anticipated video game, the survival horror first-person shooter video game “Half-Life 3,” notes the Christian Today.

Those reports were also based on previous statements or insinuations from sources inside Valve Corporation that the game development company would be focusing its efforts on Steam and its online multiplayer games as those initiatives bring more money to its coffers than single-player video games.

Valve’s sterling record in online multiplayer games speaks for itself and it is highlighted by very popular video games like “Counterstrike,” “DoTA” and “DoTA 2.”

Another hint on the possibility of “Left 4 Dead 3” coming out to the gaming consoles and the PC soon became more pronounced at the start of the year, particularly during the launching of the virtual reality headset of the Taiwanese tech giant HTC, officially known as the HTC Vive VR.

During the demo of the HTC Vive’s VR during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2016 in January, the event had full of references not only to “Left 4 Dead 3” but also to “Half-Life 3.”
