As early as late last year, reports already came out that the third studio album of Ariana Grande shall have an official title of “Moonlight,” which is to be one of the songs in the compilation.
However, when the 22-year-old “Focus” singer guested recently on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” she disclosed that there are now discussions going on in the recording company whether to stick with the title of “Moonlight” or change it to something different.
Ariana explained to Jimmy Kimmel that a really long time ago, she was already convinced that her third studio album is going to be called “Moonlight” because it is one of her favorite songs in the album.
But when they were about to wrap things up for the album, there came another song that has thrown her into a whirlwind and that she loved it so much that it changed everything, reports Billboard.
It would be quite interesting if Ariana decides to change the title of her third studio album considering that it has made the news already and that her fans are already anticipating it. Dropping a differently-titled album may actually confuse some of her fans and may lead them to think that the “Moonlight” album was shelved in favor of a new one.
Getting back with Nathan?
Ariana Grande has a romantic new duet with former flame Nathan Sykes for the latter’s hit single “Over and Over Again.”
The pair briefly dated back in 2013 so when reports came out that they are doing a romantic duet, fans of ‘Nariana’ started rejoicing, obviously wishing that Ariana and Nathan get back together again.
Accordingly, the new song is super romantic and filled with sappy lyrics which caused their fans to really be excited about, notes the Hollywood Life.
But it seems that there would not be any rekindling of romance between the exes, who seem to be getting along well despite their breakup almost three years ago
It was actually Nathan Sykes who confirmed via Twitter his new romantic duet with Ariana by posting a snippet of the song featuring the “Focus” singer herself.
Ariana likewise posted her own pink-themed teaser video along with the caption #OverAndOverAgain Jan 15.
But Arianators believe that it is unlikely for the “Problem” singer to go out with Nathan Sykes again since she is still in a relationship with her backup dancer Ricky Alvarez.
It can be recalled that Nathan and Ariana began dating in 2013 after collaborating on a song called “Almost is Never Enough” for “The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones” soundtrack.
The pair went on to date for four months before splitting due to their busy schedule. It was actually Nathan who confirmed during an interview last year that he and Ariana split in 2013 because of the long-distance thing. He said that initially, they thought that long distance would not pose a problem on their relationship but eventually, they both realized that it was impossible.
‘Nariana’ fans are hoping that their new romantic duet would trigger something from the two and perhaps agree to rekindle their romance because they really looked cute as a couple.
A fitting payback
Meanwhile, Ariana Grande gave composer Jason Robert Brown a fitting payback for composing some of her music when she made her Broadway debut almost 10 years ago.
She recently made a surprise appearance in the concert of the composer at Hollywood’s Catalina Bar and Grill and had audience extremely surprised and delighted.
Ariana came out on stage wearing oversized glasses and an oversized sweater, like someone who just woke up from a cozy sweater-nap.
In fact, the site even said that the “Focus” singer looked like someone who was either holding a tiny kitten or just finished reading her favorite novel or probably both.
While she did not elaborate on her appearance, but those who are in the know, believe that Ariana’s guesting on Brown’s concert is a gesture of gratitude to the composer.
