The Samsung Galaxy S5 has a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 330 GPU, while the S4 hones a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor with Adreno 320 and 2 GB of RAM. The iPhone 5C boasts of a dual core Apple A6 processor along with 1 GB of RAM and an inbuilt graphics unit.

Camera:

Camera specs of iPhone 5C include an 8 MP primary camera and a 1.2 MP secondary camera with LED flash. The Galaxy S5 has a 16 MP primary and 2.1 MP secondary camera while the S4 features a 13 MP primary and 2 MP secondary camera. Both features LED flash and additional options such as autofocus face detection, HDR, and Geo-tagging. Video recording is available in all three models with 1080p HD being recorded at 30 FPS.

Battery:

As far as battery life is concerned, the android phones might have something to worry about. The S5 has a 2,800 mAh battery while the S4 has a 2,600 capacity powerhouse.
