If reports are true that Casper Smart went ballistics against Jennifer Lopez and accused her of having a secret affair with her former fiancé P. Diddy, then the rumors that the couple is close to splitting or has already split may have a leg to stand on.
Immediately after hosting the American Music Awards on November 22, JLo threw an after party where her former flame, Sean Combs, also known as P. Diddy, attended. While her 28-year-old boyfriend Casper Smart was at the party, Jennifer Lopez has openly flirted with her ex, according to reports.
While Casper did not say a word during the party, he was fuming mad and screaming on his 46-year-old girlfriend and reportedly went as far as accusing her of cheating on him with Sean Combs.
According to a source, Casper insisted that JLo’s actions during the party were clear indications that something romantic is going on between her and the rapper behind-the-scenes, notes Classicalite.
The same source added that what was meant to be a fun evening for JLo and Casper ended badly for both of them. He did play it cool during the party and in front of the cameras but when they got home; it was an entirely different story.
JLo reportedly retorted to Casper’s blabbering by pointing out that he was acting like a jealous child. She explained to her boyfriend that she and P. Diddy were just friends and that there is no sexual chemistry between them.
Much ado about nothing
The insider, however, disclosed that Casper’s going ballistics may have been much ado about nothing as P. Diddy apparently went to the party not just to see JLo but more importantly, to promote his brand of Vodka, named Ciroc, cites Enstarz.
The same insider explained that the JLo and Sean Combs will always be very special to each other and had they gotten together at a different time and the shooting did not happen, they would have been married now with kids.
He went on to say that the two really love each other, but they just could not work things out. While they have both gone in different directions, but that does not mean that one day they might end up together because that is how their story is really meant to end.
Both Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart have yet to issue a statement regarding their supposed fight following the American Music Awards after party.
Preparing for her Las Vegas residency
Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez is now in the thick of preparations for her upcoming Las Vegas residency beginning on January 20, 2016.
In a recent interview, JLo said that she has scouted out the competition and she is determined to blow them all away when she makes her Sin City debut.
She said that she has already seen her competition that includes Britney Spears, Shania Twain, Celine Dion, and all the Cirque show.
JLo explained that she wants people to really let loose and that she promises to do the best Jennifer Lopez show anyone has ever seen. She went on to explain that it has always been her approach to performing, to work, to everything she does in life. She says that she always gives it all she has which is why the name of her show is “All I Have.”
In another news, the National Football League (NFL) has yet to make an announcement on who would be the Superbowl 2016 halftime performer in February next year, but the internet is already abuzz with rumors that it is going to be Jennifer Lopez.
The speculations about JLo performing on Superbowl 2016 began when she once again proved herself as a top caliber performer during the recently-concluded American Music Awards, which according to viewers and critics, she nailed it big time.
