Season 6 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” has been going relatively well behind the scenes according to rumors, although there is obvious tension between some cast members, and we’re not sure how the show is going to go in the future with regards to some of those relationships. Yolanda has been in a particularly interesting situation as there is growing skepticism towards her life stories from some of the others, and people on the show are starting to doubt what she’s been saying about her Lyme disease that she apparently got diagnosed with about three years ago.
However, we don’t know the exact details of this argument, as it’s only been shown in a preview video for the upcoming season. What we’ve been able to tell from the video is that other stars on the show have been questioning Yolanda’s claims that she got diagnosed with Lyme disease, and they apparently see her as a bit of an attention craver currently.
The common tendency was for the other housewives to claim that Yolanda was exaggerating the extent of her disease and her condition wasn’t actually that serious, and in the end they also tried to describe her with some other medical conditions which don’t seem to fit her situation very accurately. It’s not clear why the others have suddenly taken such an aggressive stance towards Yolanda and whether this will be a recurring theme throughout the new season, but we definitely expect to see something along those lines once the new episodes start airing.
Cast members have also reportedly questioned the treatments that Yolanda had to get for her condition, and that’s been another major point of argument and discussion within the show’s cast, to the extent where some people related to the show have had to explain the situation in interviews.
It does seem like the stars have a particular reason for disliking Yolanda and questioning her sickness though, but we don’t know what that reason is right now and how credible it actually is. There has apparently been some event which tipped everyone off that something was wrong with Yolanda’s story, but the exact detail was not revealed in those initial previews, and we’ll have to watch the season itself to see how the story will unfold.
It’s very likely that the producers are going to keep this fact hidden until the season is ready to air though, as they probably want to maximize the potential of this scandal for the show’s popularity. After all, this is a show that thrives on controversy and it would make sense to keep such a juicy detail hidden from the public until the show arrives to the screen. The arguments within the community regarding this detail have been driving up the popularity of the show quite nicely, so it makes sense that the producers would want to keep that information out of the public view for some time and not spoil the “surprise” for their fans.
At any rate, there is not much left to go before the show returns to the screen, and fans will get another dose of their favorite characters very soon. It’s very likely that the producers are preparing some more dramatic developments for this season, as they’ve had a tendency of ramping up the drama with each new installment, and season 6 is rumored to come with even more tense developments between all characters, so that would make sense.
