Of all the celebrity rumors going around lately, the ones about Theo James and Shailene Woodley are probably the most prominent in the press right now and many of the fans of the two actors seem interested in finding out what the situation is like and where they stand with regards to each other. Is there actually something going on behind the scenes or are the two actors simply good friends and colleagues who share a strong on-screen chemistry?
Indeed, there has been a lot of discussion on this topic over the recent months and many people seem strongly convinced that the actors are dating behind the scenes. This, on the other hand, has reportedly been the source of some tension in the private lives of both James and Woodley, and Theo James himself recently talked about his dislike for reading about himself on the Internet, alluding to the fact that this particular incident might have something to do with his attitude.
But now, it sounds like the rumors might be put to rest for good, as there are new rumors on the horizon – this time it’s claimed that Theo James has recently gotten engaged, and there is an announcement for a wedding coming up very shortly as the two will be getting married in 2017. This is still not confirmed and we have no idea if it’s true or not, but if it is, it would obviously calm down the masses talking about the relationship between the two actors for good.
Of course, some people will always love to speculate, especially when it comes to the romantic lives of celebrities – we fully expect that some will still be trying to push the rumor about Theo James and Shailene Woodley even if an actual announcement for a wedding did come out, and it’s probably going to be hard to make some fans forget the huge controversy that has been developing lately.
It’s definitely true that the two actors looked amazing on screen when they played in “Allegiant” though, and many people were very fond of the chemistry they shared when they played a couple. This quickly led many people to believe that it was more than just acting, and that there was likely something going on behind the scenes that we didn’t know about, but of course both actors denied the rumors continuously.
Some have also pointed out that this whole thing might have been based on false ideas. While it’s true that the actors looked good on the screen and they complemented each other very well, it’s important to remember that this was just acting and it doesn’t necessarily have to mean that they get along that well off the stage. It wouldn’t be the first time this has happened, and after all that’s an actor’s job, convincing people about a certain story and playing it as best as possible in order to make everyone believe.
With that in mind, it’s entirely possible that the two of them were just pretending to get along that well for the sake of a quality movie, but there have also been reports that they are getting along well enough off the stage to warrant the rumors about them dating. At the same time, we have seen no evidence to support the claims that the two actors were doing anything together, so this was mostly chalked down to the overactive imagination of some of their fans.
